Prophet (PBUH) can not teach from the Bible

August 8, 2006

Prophet Mohammad(PBUH) was forbidden to preach anything but only Quran, that means he wouldn’t have taught biblical believes (infect the bible we have right now, and the one in Prophet Mohammad’s time was men written and was not the real bible that had been revealed to Jesus – I leave this topic for later discussion)

[2:79] Woe, then, to those who write the book with their hands and then say: This is from ALLAH, so that they may take for it a small price; therefore woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn.

In Quran, Allah has warned Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) that the Christians and Jews will try hard to convert the believers of Quran into non-believers:

[3:100] O you who believe! if you obey a party from among those who have been given the Book, they will turn you back as unbelievers after you have believed.

[2:120] And the Jews will not be pleased with you, nor the Christians until you follow their religion. Say: Surely ALLAH’s guidance that is the (true) guidance. And if you follow their desires after the knowledge that has come to you, you shall have no guardian from ALLAH, nor any helper.

Here it’s even apparent that DO NOT follow anything except what Allah’s messenger is giving to you, that is of course the Quran.

[3:101] But how can you disbelieve while it is you to whom the communications of GOD are recited, and among you is His Apostle? And whoever holds fast to GOD, he indeed is guided to the right path.

So how could Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) teach us something which is not in Quran, but found in Christian and Jews books and of course now in the so called Hadits???? Wasn’t he told, warned and prohibited to follow the party who had given the books before Quran?

A lot of Mullahs justify the biblical teachings (which is also found in the so called Hadits) that they come from “Ahl-e-Kitaab” and the Prophet was allowed to preach what had been revealed before Quran, but isn’t the verse [3:100] completely rules out their claim?

Throughout the Quran Allah warns the Prophet (PBUH) to be on the lookout for the people of the Book as they will continually try to divert the Muslims from the Truth.

[3:186] You shall certainly be tried respecting your wealth and your souls, and you shall certainly hear from those who have been given the Book before you and from those who are polytheists much annoying talk; and if you are patient and guard (against evil), surely this is one of the affairs (which should be) determined upon.

Now, do you still think that Prophet (PBUH) would teach something that he was strictly forbidden to do? Would he sill teach something that Allah didn’t reveal to him? Would he preach bible or Jews scriptures? It simply isn’t possible – The answer is billion times “NO”.

If Allah is saying to give 100 lashes punishment for adultery how come he would teach to stone them to death?, if Allah is saying that leave apostates faith with Allah than how come he (PBUH) would kill them?? If Allah is saying to establish his divine system than how come he would change it to worshiping???

Think again what we are doing??? If you are reading this article that means you are still alive 🙂 and have enough time to follow the right path, that is Quran.

[3.102] O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) ALLAH with the care which is due to Him, and do not die unless you are Muslims.

  1. David Says:

Good one. Although the Quran does also teach that there are important aspects of Islam that were actually taught before Islam actually came about, for example on how to pray, this was already given to Abraham, before the messenger.
